Excellent communication and install

Steven Baker communicated with me the whole way through my Gutter installation and even took the time to explain to me the difference between seamless gutters and non-seamless gutters. He was the only company that actually took the time as well to explain the difference between the types of guard and how they function, depending on the trees that you have I was considering a mesh guard, but he explained about the pine trees and how they end up sticking to the screen mesh. There was no upsell. There was just complete honesty on how the material and system works. Ismael and his team were some of the polite gentleman I’ve ever met. He took time to show me pictures of the install going on and made me feel as if I was up there supervising the job myself. I would 100% recommend this crew for anything deal dealing with Gutters or windows. There is no sales gimmick pricing to start out high then five hours later come down to the price. It should’ve already been at. Give Legacy Gutters & Windows a call. I’m also going to be having them install a deck on my property!

We have honoured our commitment with you and again as stated before we will not be coming back out to do work that is not Gutter related when we have already advised you about the work that needs to be done in that corner of your home just so you can move a one star to a five star. I have tried to respond back to your comments whichever company you had come out after us and do work that is not covered by us. You are the only person in the last six years that’s something like this has happened to . We have advised you over and over again and already have been back out to your property two times in good faith when the issue was not a Gutter related issue.. First you claim it was wood rot then you claim it’s a Gutter issue then you were claiming it’s a sloping issue. There’s nothing more that we are going to do at this point. I have answered you back multiple times now it’s just becoming harassment.

Steven, please honor your warranty for our current gutter issue. Both Laurie and I have texted you multiple times and send videos and pictures of the gutter seam leak that we have had since October 2025. There is no wood rot no issue with the gutter guard. It is a drip that is 1 every 4 seconds from the seam of the gutter. It needs to be caulked, just like the aft corner of the garage that you did come out to fix, twice in 2023. This is a separate issue apart from the gutter/guard dispute. It is part of the 5 year warranty. Please respond. According to your last response on this site you said you would honor any gutter issue. Current rating is due to your lack of response

I want to take a moment just to explain something on the review page here if this company is hired for a job it does its job with no downpayment required and we keep in contact with you the whole way. Your warranties are always honoured and valid if we do show you something that is not a Gutter issue but you have a wood rot issue or a sloping issue we will explain it to you and let you know it needs to be taken care of if you want to take care of it it will be done on site if you choose not to you can always hire another Contractor to do that if you proceed with your contract everything will be installed as discussed accordingly on that contract and your warranty will remain in effect. ..WE WILL NOT however leave anyone stranded nor come out and do work that was not on your contract which you signed just because you feel it should’ve been done everything is discussed in your contract which you have signed then your photos have been sent and then your payment is made plan simple if your gutters are starting to have an issue because you failed to replace any rotten wood and you call us back and demand we fix that I am not going to put a technician back out there for free just because you leave a one star review and tell me you’ll change it to a five star if we come back out and do the work for free I will bend over backwards to help anyone out but what you’re doing is playing games anyone out here with common sense which should dictate is going to see right through that you could also look at any of the other 500 reviews that we have on sites and on Google and self-explanatory the company rested case with you Lori and Jennifer Willis. I will still honour any Gutter issue that you may have is not pertaining to what you have for your roofing and drainage issue with your slope due to the fact that you did not take care of your property.

This is about your review that you and Jennifer keep going on about… you have asked if I come back out for again a third time to explain to you that you have a roofing issue and wood issue that you would change the one stars to a five star we are not going to come back out just to have you change a one star to a five star we have been out three times to show you and explain to you about your roofing issue. You need to hire a roofer which will intern help your wood rot issues and drainage. If you want an additional downspout added we did quote you a fee on that because it is not in your contract is not that hard to review it . Thank you for offering to change a one star to a five star just to get something free but that’s not the type of company. We are…. of course if you hire a company that you have chosen and they need to do work they are going to walk around and give you an explanation on what could be redone and re-reinstalled. You have never once sent a name of a company that you had out there to do an inspection report nor have you provided any photos after the photos that I sent over to you that needed to be done. These are facts we came back out to your property more than once to inspect it and then two years later you want to start telling us there’s woodwork to be done by some company that you claimed to have come out there and said the whole project need to be redone. Any Contractor could pick anyone’s work apart those are the facts that is something we do not do when we go out to a job if it’s good it’s good if I do pick something apart there are photos to follow up. I explained to you everything about your woodwork that needed to be done that was not included in our contract which you signed and approved and looked at all the photos we sent over and approved. When you did have an issue, we came back out and explained it to you what was going on? Therefore you have neglected to take care of your Home that is not part of your warranty however your warranty is still in affected for your Gutter guard providing you have not had other contractors come out there to do any wood repairs and damaged it then you would be liable thank you and I’m closing this matter on your conversation. I will always respond back to the reviews when there are false accusations being made.

The facts from 6/2023 at the Willis residence. The final inspection done from the ground level view revealed 2 short connecting spouts missing. The workman explained the upper gutter would drain onto the roof and down to the lower gutter. We requested the spouts replaced and it was granted. They were present on final inspection. Within 3 months of install, 2 leaks on the same corner of the garage were fixed and very good service was given. Around 6/2025 a very bad leak was noted during a heavy rain. There was a very large hole on the ground from erosion also. From the ground I took a video and some pictures and texted them to your number. I also stated there was not much rain coming from the gutter below. You responded to Jennifer and told her it was probably the roof rotted and the pitch changed. It took a minute for me to get a 20′ ladder and some help to get it up, but I took my 67yo self-up the ladder to send you better pictures. They showed a gutter guard improperly installed now bowing and an absent section at least 6 inches from the roof. I removed nesting material and took a picture of it on the ground. I checked the other short spout and found the same open space with no guard over the gutter. You still insisted it was not your problem without ever coming out to inspect it, and sent me to the guard manufacturer. We paid you to install the guard! I called and a man came out promptly and went all around the house. He reported back that the whole installation needed to be redone. We did and the workers stated that the short downspouts were shimmied into place and a small hole punched to the gutter above and below. They made the holes the proper size and anchored the short downspouts properly. The guards were also flush to the roof now in both places and no squirrels could get in. No more leaks there with no roof or woodwork repair needed! THAT IS THE FACTS!

FYI nothing was disposed of for us since there was no room in the truck.

Jennifer texted you 2 times about a leak on the inside corner in the front of our house about 4 months ago. You claim you could not get through to her email which has never been blocked but you have both of our numbers.

We will change our rating if you send someone out for an inspection and honor your warranty.

Replace Damaged Gutters

Steven was absolutely great from the start! He promptly came out to our property literally next morning to evaluate damages, take measurements, and clearly explain what work is needed. He was very professional and attentive. His crew arrived on time next morning and quick replaced my gutters and even added guards to keep birds out! I am absolutely pleased with the quality work and budget friendly price that Legacy Gutters provided!

I tried to reply back to the last review here shown by Jennifer Willis or email has been blocked so I’m not able to. So if you have a chance, Miss WILSON read this please try to post the quick information when you’re leaving a negative review we came back out to fix your gutter problem, which was a roofing problem and we explained that over and over to you again we even took away some of the junk that you had on your property for free since it was laying out in the field just to help you out. Your gutter guard was never damaged. I sent photos over and I will include these in this message here your roof was damaged when your gutter was going in. We showed you the alignment was off. You refused to fix that. You also did not swap out downspouts in wanted to use your old downspouts. We advise you on connecting older material that has passed his lifetime. The new material that’s going to be problems. The reviews speak for themselves in the past seven years not once have we had an unprofessional manner to where we have not communicated properly with the customer so you would be the first if that were the case which it is not. Your gutters are covered under your warranty and your gutter guards what is not covered is your roof hence the fact that we are a gutter company. We do not take a down payment which we did not from you and we showed you the job after it was done which you were satisfied with. I’ve explained to you many times over the phone what was going on and how to rectify your roofing problem, which was never taken care of. All warranties are valid and we do honor them if it is a.GUTER issue. Have a great evening and please try to keep post honest…. You’ll see an attached copy of your project. I will scribble out your address on here in a signed contract by you along with detailed photos.

Horrible customer service

We had our gutters replaced 6/26/2023. Steven J. Baker seemed professional and gave us a 5/5 year warranty. Because we had a gutter guard on top of the gutters he said they would reinstall it for $900. The whole job came to $2800. But don’t let their professional attitude fool you. They do not honor their warranty. Within a month of the installation we had a leak from one of the corners of the garage. They came out twice and fixed it however 1 month is not the same as a 5 year warranty. Within a year and a half we had a major leak on the side of the house. I took a video of the water pouring from the gutter seam. The gutter guard that they reinstalled was buckling and coming apart. Steven refused to send anyone out stating that since it had been 1 1/2 yrs it was most likely due to wood rot, when it wasn’t. We had to call the original gutter guard company to come out to replace the guards and they fixed the issue but also said that whoever installed them did a horrible job and should be fired. 4 months ago I found another leak from an inward corner in the front of the house. Mind you, this had only been 2 years from the installation. I left messages with Steven and he never responded or returned my calls. So, buyer beware, they do not do a perfect job and definitely do not honor the warranty. I will never do business with them again.
